Having a mentor and being in a group of like-minded people keeps you on track and accountable so that new healthy habits stick and can replace old habits that are no longer working in your favour.

Let me fill you in on how we do this. Starting Monday, Feb 1st, we connect weekly in a group of like-minded women who are wanting to give back to themselves.

This journey together is for 10 months, in this time I help you reconnect with yourself through tips, strategies and action, encouraging you to dive into your world to see where you need to nurture yourself and make the changes you want in your life.

After the past year, I have noticed so many women have had the opportunity to stop and notice what is working in their lives and what is not. Many realising that what they were doing was no longer satisfying them and re-evaluating what they are wanting from their life. It can be daunting to make changes and put yourself first after a lifetime of helping others.

This is why I created The Empowerment Path and 2 different packages to choose from depending on where you are in your life. It must be sustainable for you.

• The Resilience package – 10 months mentoring - ideal for those who want to explore both personal growth and spiritual development to feel strong, empowered and connected.  Women who have realised how important it is to take care of themselves and are committed to dedicating time to themselves to become resilient and empowered in their life and wish to reconnect with their Divine Self.  -  over 44 weeks we connect where tips and strategies are given, Meditation techniques, Lifestyle Audit, Ultimate Feeling Goal workshop, Core Beliefs exercise, invitation to join a private facebook group, Chakra workshop, Introduction to Psychic senses, 1:1 mentoring sessions and a Reflections Journal.

 

• The Reiki & Seichim Masters Intensive package – 10 months mentoring - for those wanting to gain their Reiki & Seichim Masters certification. Exploring other energetic influences that help deepen your understanding and healing experiences. -  over 44 weeks we connect where tips and strategies are given, Reiki & Seichim Practitioners weekend certification, Meditation techniques, Lifestyle Audit, Ultimate Feeling Goal workshop, Reiki & Seichim Masters weekend certification, Reiki & Seichim practice sessions, Core Beliefs exercise, invitation to join a private facebook group, invitation to join a private Reiki & Seichim facebook group, Chakra workshop, Introduction to Psychic senses, 1:1 mentoring sessions and a Reflections Journal and Reiki & Seichim experience diary.

All these packages provide connections via zoom where we unpack the weeks ups and downs. I provide education, motivation, inspiration and connection. Offering guidance and tips, strategies, and insights on how you can implement change in your life to live to your full potential while standing in your power.

The facebook groups are there for further support where you can ask any questions, and share experiences. A place to give support and be supported by others. Providing you with a pathway to follow and keep you focused on your goal. We work with where you are now and walk together towards your outcome.
